knittery: public displays of obsession

I've found that it not only starts converstations when you knit in public, but it also saves money at the local bar...

knitting at the bar!

...it's hard to drink like a fish when both your hands are busy! Bonus! And you can pretend like you're not listening to anyone you don't want to listen to... because after all, you were paying attention to your knitting. Very important!

Yay! I'm almost half done with my first sleeveless top... I'll post photos of that too, when it's done.
